With its beautiful golden colour, this sweet wine is definitely something special. The nose is of great aromatic purity, marked by very intense exotic fruit notes. Passion fruit and pineapple followed by grapefruit and apricot. The effect of ageing in wood underlines the extremely greedy character of this great Yquem vintage. The palate is in total harmony with the impressive sense of smell and it offers the perfect balance between sweetness, acidity and alcohol. The roasted notes on our taste buds are of incredible quality here, reminding us that this 2007 vintage is a GRAND Botrytis vintage!
