The 2020 vintage went through 100% malolactic fermentation which produced this lovely textured wine. Aromas of candied apple and lemon zest jump out o the glass. Flavors of creme brulee and pears poached with baking spices come across on the palate, finishing clean with a balanced acidity. The slight hint of toasty oak will compliment your favorite roasted chicken, pork or seafood dish.
