Blanco (also known as Silver or White) is a clear un-aged spirit. It is bottled within 60 days of the distillation being completed, and the aromas are more robust and peppery than the other types of Tequila, especially if it’s Tequila 100% Agave. Many experts are of the opinion that this is the best and most “true” Tequila.
