Beautiful orange onion skin color with copper iridescence, bright and very bright. On the nose it is elegant, delicate and with great aromatic complexity, in the foreground the aniseed notes in the form of fennel stand out, later echoes of red fruit – pomegranate, cherries and red cranberries – which give way to citrus notes and floral echoes. In the mouth it is tasty, fresh and with a clearly fruity profile, where the fresh red fruit reappears which covers an unctuous passage through the mouth and with an excellent acidity that gives length and persistence at the end of the mouth.
