Bodegas Volver’s most prized asset is their heritage of vines and indigenous varieties cultivated in a sustainable way with minimal intervention. They practice organic viticulture, working the soil in the traditional way without the intervention of chemical products. At every stage of production great care is taken to maintain the freshness and acidity for which the Verdejo is known.
