Charles Smith Eve Chardonnay shimmers in the glass. This Chardonnay has a lot of energy. Hibiscus flower, stone fruit, apple blossom, and a touch of lemon cream. Long and beautiful; minerally and delicious. Aromas of yellow apple and pear lead to dry, well-balanced fruit flavors. It pulls up a bit on the finish but still provides easy-drinking appeal.
