Cheurlin Brut Spéciale is their flagship blend crafted with only the best grape varieties (70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay) and has ascended to a category of its own. Finely balanced with, extended aging, and a remarkably low dosage ultimately produce a noble brut.  Sunglow color with amber highlights show off aromas of green apple and light mineral.  Delicate and appealing with spirited flavor of lemon peel.  Medium bodied, well-balanced with a fresh aftertaste
