The grapes for this Yulupa Pinot Noir were sourced from select coastal vineyards that have excellent varietal character. After harvest, the individual vineyard lots are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation is complete, the young wines are settle and racked twice before being placed in a combination of French and European oak barrels to enhance their delicate flavor.
