Evolved from the Pinot Nero, it has a coppery color, it is vinified in white. Pinot Grigio, very popular in the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, yields elegant & fruity wines. This wine displays a peculiar perfume of wild flowers & acacia, dry, sapid & persistent. Excellent as an appetizer the ideal accompaniment with fish dishes & shellfish. Perfect with white meats & soufflés.
