We’ve long been fans of their Chianti Classico, and we are very excited to get our hands on this 2015 Chianti Classico Riserva! A blend of 90% Sangiovese with 5% Merot and 5% Syrah, Viticcio impeccably balances power and elegance, and this Chianti Classico has almost a Burgundian sense of style and grace on the palate. Complex aromas of dark cherry, blackberry and cassis, aged 20 months in oak barrels. If you’re looking for a Baby Brunello while waiting for the 2015s to mature, the Viticcio Chianti Classico Riserva is amazing for the price!
