This delicious dry white Bordeaux, made mostly of Sauvignon Blanc with some Semillon, comes from a small property in the Entre Deux Mers, very close to St Emilion. It is comparable to White Bordeaux at two or even three times the cost. A good example of what lower-end white Bordeaux can be: earthy and quite real, with lively, informal tastes that make it great for food and fun times.
