David Rossi continues to impress with quality and value. His “Fulcrum” Pinot Noirs come from vineyards with which he has long term contracts. They are exceptional, among California’s best. His “On Point” Pinots represent the lesser barrels of those wines and are also terrific for their price. David’s “Cloissoné” wines are made from purchased grapes; availability varies from year to year because David only buys when the quality and price are favorable. The wine features abundant dark cherry fruit and pleasing spices. David was able to purchase high quality grapes from Mary Elke’s Donnelly Creek Vineyard and other quality sources.
