Wonderful maturity, great elegance with wild raspberry, flowers and raw pistachio, slightly sweet and salty at the same time (…) It contains many elements that recall a young Barolo with powdered liquorice and dried ginger.
With an intense ruby red colour, the nose evokes red fruits, strawberries and raspberries, and floral notes of peonies and roses. The palate has fleshy fruit, delicious and very ripe, with beautiful intensity, a velvety and soft texture, and good density mid-palate. The tannins are very fine, well integrated, already blended. The ensemble is very balanced and can be appreciated now since we have deliberately selected a vintage that is already at peak maturity.
