Since 2010, the Olivet Ranch Vineyard site has gone through an impressively transformative process under the care of the Failla team. Alongside its production, the site has become a nursey for future plantings. Only native yeasts are used in the fermentation process and the wine ages in 30% concrete egg and 10% new French oak.
