Relatively cool, a little smoky-reductive, somewhat vegetal to herbal and nutty aroma of yellow fruits with a hint of allspice, butter and white cabbage. Clear fruit with herbal spice, lively acidity, slightly nutty and smoky wood notes in the background, has some grip and persistence, salty and chalky tones, good to very good finish with bite.
