Pale orange. Delicate, sharply focused red berry, orange and nectarine aromas pick up notes of honeysuckle and chalky minerals with air. Very fruity and light on its feet, offering fresh strawberry and pit fruit flavors sharpened by a hint of white pepper. Finishes on a stony note, with excellent clarity and distinct mineral cut. This nervy pink wine would pair wonderfully with raw oysters, clams and a classic red wine mignonette, or alongside steamed mussels.
