Our pristine blocks of Cabernet are grown in extremes. The intensity of this vintage’s hue – deep garnet with a blue tint around the meniscus – speaks to the fierce nature of Wallula Vineyard in particular. Planted on steep, silt-loam cliffs overlooking the Columbia River, our Cabernet vines are exposed to high winds and intense sun rays, with just enough water to concentrate each fruit cluster to perfection.
